REFUND, RETURNS, + CANCELATIONS POLICY
Client agrees and acknowledges that Coach does not allow for refunds, returns, or client cancelations once that Client has purchased the Program. Should Coach experience an unforeseen event which would cause her or her team to be unable to complete the Program, Client shall be entitled to a partial refund on a case-by-case basis, or an exchange in services which are equivalent to the cost of the Program which was unused, the choice of which shall be at the option of the Coach.
Client further agrees and acknowledges that changing his/her mind about the Program, not experiencing the results he/she expected or desired, failing to follow the details of the Program shall not entitle the Client to a refund.
